Behind the music is Baboo Sharvansingh Goordyal, known artistically as Sharv G. He is a Royal School of Music graduate in Recorder studies with a deep passion for music and technology, particularly AI driven innovation in music creation. Alongside his creative work, he is a highly experienced corporate governance professional and strategic advisor with more than eight years of experience founding and directing UK companies and driving organizational transformation. He is a Graduate Member of The Chartered Governance Institute and holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in the United States, where he was a scholarship recipient.

Sharv G is also actively involved in neurodiversity advocacy and currently serves as a Trustee and Assistant Board Secretary at NeuraBloom, supporting governance frameworks and growth strategy for a charitable organization dedicated to autistic children and young adults. Blending strategic leadership with creative ambition, he continues to pursue his goal of producing meaningful and impactful music while leveraging his interdisciplinary expertise.
