Football and music come together as we celebrate the spirit of the beautiful game with a special month of World Cup inspired programming.

We are delighted to announce that songwriter and producer Tom, the creative force behind the indie bands Tom & His Free Mockingbirds and Free Mockingbirds, has released two brand new World Cup themed singles that are now available worldwide.

The latest releases include “Coupe du Monde (World Cup 2026)” by Tom & His Free Mockingbirds and “Messi & Scaloneta (de la FIFA 2026 Version)” by Free Mockingbirds.

Both songs have been added to our A-List Playlist and are also being featured as part of our daily World Cup Radio Special at 6:30 PM Pacific USA time for the next month, giving listeners the chance to experience these football anthems every day.

“Messi & Scaloneta (de la FIFA 2026 Version)” is taken from the newly released album Messi’s Magnus Opus 10, which arrived this past Sunday. While Tom is an Australian songwriter and producer, Free Mockingbirds is proudly based in Argentina, bringing together two nations with a shared passion for great music and world football.

Tom leads both Tom & His Free Mockingbirds and Free Mockingbirds with a vision inspired by legendary bandleaders and classic ensembles. His goal is to continue expanding the reach of his music while creating songs that connect with audiences around the world.

Tom & His Free Mockingbirds have developed a distinctive musical identity by blending Blues and Rock into what Tom describes as “SkyBlues,” a sound built around stories of hope, freedom and empowerment.
