He is a Graduate Member of The Chartered Governance Institute and holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in the United States, where he was a scholarship recipient.

Sharv G is also actively involved in neurodiversity advocacy and currently serves as a Trustee and Assistant Board Secretary at NeuraBloom, supporting governance frameworks and growth strategy for a charitable organization dedicated to autistic children and young adults.
